I've known Amanda for years and when my stylist of 10 years had some life changes and could no longer accommodate my evening scheduling needs - I knew immediately where to reach out. I booked with Gina (with guidance from Amanda's husband) who is so sweet and kind! She asked so many questions, as my hair is very curly (3C/4C for those in the biz) and I have had an undercut for years to maintain the curl without the bulk. Gina did the standard stylist tousling and checking the layers, lines, cut and shape. She really listened to me and I think we have the start of a lovely, long-term client/stylist/salon relationship. It's not just a salon. Salt was built around a joy and love of what they do and you can see it in every detail in the place. They CARE about their clients and I have no doubt they'll be as permanent in Portsmouth as the salt piles across the way.

Gary at Gary Taylor Electric came over to our home to install an overhead light and move an electrical box and change from off white to white. He always followed up, returned our calls and came over in a short period of time. He was so pleasant and really listened to our needs and gave suggestions! We are having him back to do some additional work. Very satisfied!!!

I have sealed my own driveway twice prior to this, and consider myself conscientious, even meticulous, but it never came out to my satisfaction. Armor Guard's work looks basically perfect. I stupidly bleached my own hair from the color black to peachy rose gold and had hair breaking in clumps. Jessica Szopa worked miracles on my hair with a deep conditioning treatment and acidic glaze to seal my hair cuticle. Afterwards, she trimmed my hair and layered it to blend the breakage AND used a split end mender. My hair is no longer breaking, feels smooth, and looks great! The apprentices that washed and dried my hair were super gentle and great too!
Had an appointment with Amanda today for a cut and could not be more impressed! From start to finish, she did an amazing job- I came in with an inspiration picture and wanted to take quite a bit of length off (~6 inches), blended layers, and face framing pieces. Amanda went through every aspect of what I was looking for and what my expectations were. She asked specific questions to narrow down my vision, and perfectly executed what I was looking for. I had never had someone dry cut my hair, and it was totally life changing. Her attention to detail is spot on, and she's such a pleasure to talk to! Can't say enough about her work and her beautiful salon- she gave me the best cut I've ever had! 10/10 experience all around :)

I’ve known Jaime now for about 14 years. No matter how many times I move and try someone else, I always end up back with her regardless of the drive. She’s done amazing vivid reds on me before and everything in between and it always comes out great. My boyfriend is also extremely picky and conscientious about haircuts. Jaime is the only one he will sit for and he gets excited to see her. Great job on eyebrow waxing too. I’d recommend her highly to anyone.

I moved from Connecticut to NH three years ago to the Wolfboro area. I have had one nightmare hair cut and color after another. My hairdresser in Connecticut is a master stylist so I've been going 3 1/2 hours one way to go see her every few months but I did my homework and I came across Danielle. I've met the best hairstylist I've ever come across. My experience was amazing!! I can't recommend her enough enough.

Stylist: Rebecca, she has been cutting my hair for about a year now. She does a great job, very meticulous with her cut to ensure it is right. ABSOLUTELY recommend her if you want a great haircut.
Stopped in for a buzz cut, beard trim, and straight razor detailing. The shop looked great, I was greeted the moment I walked in. I have been a Clip Joint customer since about 1999 which gives you an idea as to how much I like it. All of these women are wonderful. I love the new appointment system and the discovery of who will be my barber depending on when I go. The small shop and focus on me provide a special quality of service that I find particularly enjoyable. Don't be late! If something comes up, have the courtesy to call. Try it; you will like it!
I was driving North on rt 1 I needed a haircut and saw their sign and pulled in. Entering the shop I was greeted by the owner of the tidy shop, he explained that as a walkin I would have to wait a bit, in no time at all his lovely assistant beckoned me to her chair and gave me the best haircut I've ever had. Every time I visit the seacoast I'll be returning for a fresh cut!

Requested style: I needed a simple acrylic fill on my real nails with a pink nude gel polish… my natural nails are really long and I like a specific shape a mix of almond and stiletto…Belle completed this in about 30 mins and they turned out flawless! I’ve been getting my nails done for years and this has been the quickest and best fill I’ve ever had. I may have to drive 2 hours back again when it’s time for my next fill <3
I don't normally get my nails done but I'm leaving for vacation in a couple days and wanted something special. They came out beautiful. Everyone was kind and the prices are very reasonable.I'll definitely go back here again.

I can easily book an appointment online. People are pleasant and I never feel rushed.
My two negatives are the seating - low swivel chairs are uncomfortable for pedicures and also the manicure station is at a high top in very close quarters. I don’t mind paying for quality & service but comfort is a factor! Very limited walk in service. Book ahead!

I’ve been going to this salon for a year now and my nails ALWAYS look amazing. Im extremely picky over how my nails look. After trying several other places I landed at JL and I’ll never switch again. My nails never lift or chip and I always get compliments, even from strangers! Doing several walk ins over the year I’ve been to multiple techs and the quality is always perfect. The salon is clean and they’re very welcoming.

Had an amazing experience here with Meredith! She talked through what I wanted with me, she spent so much time and detail with my hair, I am a mousy brunette doing very blonde highlights and she really did a great job with the specific color and giving it depth (with my thin hair) she also gave me a cut that was great. The salon itself is super nice, has wine and other drink options, they are very professional and do a really great job. Meredith is also super nice and fun to chat with! Would definitely and easily recommend it here!
Tatum is a gem ? I’ve been seeing her consistently for a few months and every time I am wowed by the results. I like a more natural look, and Tatum manages to give me stunning lashes but they look so sophisticated. She’s also a lovely human and very kind and caring. I can’t recommend her enough!

No matter what texture or length my hair is, she always knows the best way to style and care for it. I have naturally curly hair, and finding a stylist who knows how to work with it can be a challenge. But with Amaya, I never have to worry. She makes every appointment feel like catching up with a friend, and I always leave feeling uplifted.

I was enchanted to meet Marli and enjoy a dazzling Taylor Swift Facial Experience at Blush. My face glowed and sparkled in that lavender haze so much that you’d think there’d been a gold rush. Marli extractions were so gentle that much to my surprise I was not red. Needless to say, I plan to come back to Blush (before) December. Long story short it was a great time.

Nik is amazing! He was previously my go to tattoo artist at a different shop before he got the opportunity to apprentice at Grim North. I patiently waited almost a year for him to be able to tattoo me again and it was well worth the wait! Not only is Nik incredibly kind, the atmosphere, organization, and overall quality of the shop is amazing. I 100% recommend this shop and especially Nik if you get the privilege to be tattooed by him!

We worked with Dockham Builders on a kitchen renovation and expansion on our home in Exeter. It was our second project with them the first being 17 years before for a farmers porch so we knew they would provide us with a quality product. The timing of our renovation was peak pandemic and despite facing numerous supply chain issues, labor issues, cost changes, and a family of 7 unexpectedly under foot Dockham was able to complete our project to perfection! The kitchen is simply gorgeous! The cabinetry is so durable for the crazy crew living here and the features for convenience make such a difference in daily prep. Their suggestion for a raised ceiling over the addition and additional windows has changed the whole aesthetic. People often comment that the kitchen looks like it’s from a magazine. The crew coming and going were always respectful of our living there while they were working and Bob himself made an appearance now and then to make sure things were as he would expect them to be. We look forward to growing our family with grandchildren and enjoying this kitchen for years to come. We can’t recommend Dockham Builders highly enough.

You're greeted by a friendly and welcoming face, you're not left to wait in an empty lobby, you're brought right in for your appointment. During my appointment by son was with me and the staff showed so much care to my son, he now wants to be a patient there!

What can I say that hasn't already been stated! Andrew sets a standard that is hard for any chiropractor to match! I've experienced close to 100 chiropractors in my civilian and military life and Dr Sheriff ranks #1! I was first introduced in 1999 and he's only gotten better since that time! His staff is wonderful and accommodating! My only reservation abouting rating him so highly, is that it limits my available slots but they work me in when they can! A toast to the best of the best!!!!!
I was suffering with the most extreme pain and loss of sensation in my arm and hand. My primary care doctor, and a spine specialist could not do anything to relieve the pain. The doctor saw me and within eight hours. I was resting comfortably and able to sleep a full night. When I woke up in the morning, my pain was almost entirely relieved. I have been seeing doctors for serious back issues and I've had two fusions and suffered tremendous pain. I wish I had known this excellent Chiropractor in the past.

Dr. Wayne Clough provides a wonderful service to those in need. Only open on Mondays and Wednesdays, and it may take some time to get an appointment, the wait is worth it. Dr. Wayne uses a computer adjusted instrument by which is able to measure the exact location of vertebrae interference to the nervous system. It’s painless. On occasion, you may be manually adjusted on the padded table. He gives you all the time that is required. The staff are always pleasant. Dr. Wayne is highly recommended.
We started back in November 2023 when I had extreme inflation from Covid in my side. She cleared that and we continue to work on other areas of my body that have muscle tension and/or alignment issues. Each session has brought my body to a higher state of wellness!

Discovering Katherine at the Rhythms Clinic in Portsmouth changed everything for me! I started 2023 feeling very low; I desperately needed a doctor who was willing to listen. After stopping the pill with the hopes that I would regain my period and that it would help resolve my digestive issues, I faced worsening symptoms with no relief in sight. My OBGYN at the time told me my only option was to go back on the pill. I reached out to Katherine, hoping to get a different perspective, and that is precisely what I got!
She took the time to understand my concerns and provided expert advice. Within a month of working together, I was already starting to see some changes (more energy throughout the day).
