My son and I came into this store several times over the past few years and weren't always impressed. However, we met a salesperson who has totally impressed us all. She is knowledgeable about all the products, was warm and inviting and made sure we got great prices on everything. I knew something had to have changed recently because we used to see the same models and colors over and over again. But now there's a huge variety, colors, models, fabrics, everything. She made sure to take care of us and we will be sure to tell everyone that this store is where you go for furniture, lamps, rugs and more. Thank you Kate!

Stopped here to look at some furniture for our condo and was impressed by the variety and quality of their inventory. As soon as I entered a salesman made contact but backed off after I said I was doing reconnaissance for my wife. I hope to return with her to look at certain pieces and get real prices for these items. Addendum: came back with my wife and bought two pieces; One replacement piece and one new addition- Harris Family will remove the old piece for us later this week. Easy to work with and customer centric salespeople.

My parents are moving to a new apartment. Today my sister, mother and I went shopping for a bed and two recliners. As a long time customer of Harris Family Furniture, I insisted that we stop at one of their stores, so we made a special trip to the Chichester location, and it did not disappoint. Bill Harris was amazingly supportive, and my mother was incredibly happy with our purchases.
