“Today, was my first visit to Angela's Cut Above. We spend 6 months down south and six in Lincoln. Needed a touch up, cut and decided to book an appointment. From the moment I arrived it felt comfortable and relaxed so I decided "Let's do this". Victoria did the touch up (color was perfectly matched), a few foils and style.
