I met with Jessica, a fantastic and experienced kitchen designer. She was not only patient with my endless questions and changes but she helped me figure things out so it worked for my family and my kitchen without being pushy, even in the slightest. The product arrived on schedule and was installed without issues (not a Plaistow installer). I would absolutely recommend working with Plaistow and if you can get Jessica, even better!

We decided to undertake a kitchen extension and a half-bath renovation project. Plaistow Cabinet renovated our kitchen back in 2013 and we were very happy with their work, so we decided to re-engage them. This time around we worked with Veronica as the designer and project manager. I'm picky and detail-oriented and found Veronica to be patient, cheerful, and on top of things throughout the process. We worked with Stephanie after first being disappointed with another company that we felt didn't really listen to what we were looking for. From the moment we walked in for our first consult Stephanie took our ideas and came up with a beautiful design that was within our budget. We never felt pressured or rushed during the entire process. We opted to have them deliver and install our new cabinets as well and the installer Gary was very professional and respectful especially during these current times. I would use them again for any future projects and would recommend them without hesitation. They have a beautiful showroom as well that really shows off their options.
