DO NOT....I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE FOR GROOMING!!!!! Before booking my first appt with these fools I made them aware my baby does not like grooming....at all.they assured me they were more than capable of dealing with difficult pups(LIES).....$97 +$40 top. They did a shotty job. I let it go. Tried booking another appt which they canceled due to my pups past behavior.....WTH?????
Zero star rating- but forced to put one star to post this review. The first photo is my dog when I brought him in this morning. The second is the reference picture which I showed two of the groomers when I brought him in. The third is what we got when we picked him up. His tail is completely gone and ruined. He looks absolutely disgusting. The only part of him that was matted were his ears, and I discussed with the groomers beforehand that they might need to be shaved. These are the notes I provided to the groomers: Can go a smidge shorter if needed, continue to grow out top of tail and blend it in- do not shave it, under ears very matted ok to shave if needed, not too short on his privates because it irritates his skin. Not one thing was regarded during this process. He is itching and scratching as they did not follow a single direction. I also got conned into some spa package which clearly was not worth a single cent. Gross behavior by these groomers. They ruined his tail many times ago and we have been working to regrow it which is why I requested it not be touched and instead be blended. His tail is gone. The fourth photo is his beautiful tail before. The fifth is his male-genital-looking tail now. Hideous. Waste of money and time as the workers were rude to begin with. They constantly claim that your dog is entirely matted when they are NOT. We noted the one portion that was matted, his ears. They lie to make their job easier because they are lazy and ignorant. They do not want to actually groom your dog in the manner that they should. Will NEVER be back. Maybe you don't care about your own dogs, but some of us do. Disgusting.
Do not buy fish from this petco, the aquatics manager is rude and discriminatory with little to no care or regard to store policy and certainly none towards the well being of those residing in their tanks. Dirty water, dead decaying fish, mismatched species that shouldn't be together, it's honestly impressive to see how downhill the aquatics department has gone at this store in such little time. Hoping she can get her act together and start prioritizing the animals she's responsible for over her pettiness. Will definitely be coming back here, not to shop, rather to see how much worse the department will get with the new lead.
