Being a person who's trying to purchase their first home and having this company to do inspections I wanna say perfection and professionalism is really on point with them I received multiple messages and emails the time and date which I found extremely helpful... When I arrived at the inspection I was told the inspector was early and was already at work... Bravo to this employee and after when they were finished did a very precise and brief results of what was observed around the property.. if you ever need a inspection this is a definite go to with this company
I was unable to personally attend my inspection because of work commitments, however, from my first call to schedule my inspection appointment, Norway was great! They explained exactly how they complete their inspection, what they cover and emailed me a sample report so I would understand what would be in my report. My real estate agent and my representatives were very impressed by their attention to detail and their knowledge and communication skills in conveying what they were looking at.
