It smells good, I am greeted by Leslie's friendly face and then on to an appointment with Ellen, Kristen, Bethany or Bryn...All lovely folks who are very, very knowledgeable and excellent at what they do. I emerge from whatever service I happened to have that day looking and feeling my best. Though I rarely do, I am encouraged to sit by the river and enjoy a cup of tea before I go (also an option if you arrive early!). Who could want for more?“
