When he first got to our appointment, he was explaining what he would be doing, and I asked him if he could speak up, as I am hard of hearing. From that moment, until the end of the inspection, while he was putting his equipment away, he made every effort to, not only speak up, but he also made sure to turn towards me, when he was able to. I didn't have to ask him to repeat himself nor did I have to ask him again to speak up. (I'm not used to that at all, I usually have to ask at least another 2 or 3 times during a conversation).
During the course of the inspection, he explained what he was doing, what he was looking for and if there were problem areas, he pointed out options for those areas. He answered all of our questions (and there were a lot) and he maintained a very courteous manner throughout.
Our inspection was scheduled for 8:30 am, Saturday. I was expecting to have inspection done and wait until Monday or Tuesday for the results. However, I had the finished inspection report in my email before 5:30 pm Saturday evening.
Absolutely amazing!

Great nail salon, had a pedicure and I love their relaxing chairs and the attention to detail they pay to doing your nails. It is very peaceful here and the owner and her Mom are so kind and pleasant. The other customers are nice too, prices are very fair and the salon is spotlessly clean and bright.

He told us when he would be able to get to our work, we immediately liked him, he was honest, up front and a joy to have in our home.I am a retired carpenter and this young man's skill level is amazing, he takes incredible pride in his work, it is refreshing to see a young man with these traits, this young man will go very far, I highly recommend him, he is a great young man.
Peterborough Paw Spa is the best grooming business I've ever been to. We have 3 dogs & when we moved back to metro Boston for two years we had multiple horrible experiences with groomers. We were so happy to come back to the Monadnock region so that we could go back to the wonderful, caring and talented professionals at the Peterborough Paw Spa. Our 3 dogs love them and so do we!

I'm going to jump on the bandwagon here and say Roz is amazing. Not only is she a talented stylist but she also really knows how to "read" her clients. If you want to chat, she will chat, but if you just need some peace and quiet after a stressful day she will work her magic only asking the necessary questions. She has such a gentle touch I get sleepy while she cuts my hair!

This place is the best gym. The owners really care and put a ton of money back into the gym. They are always getting new equipment, offering new classes, and starting new competitions. The recent upgrades in the bathroom are awesome. If you are looking for a local gym that will exceed your expectations, this is the place!

I did call Ciardelli Fuel for service as they sold me my new heat pump but they refused to come and service because I purchased the unit over 5 years ago from them.
