I have 12 tattoos, and Matt has done 10 of them.The amount of time and effort he puts into the tattoo design and customizing it to your liking is above and beyond.His work is high quality and he puts a lot of thought and effort into every piece he does.He’s friendly and the environment is always warm and welcoming.
