“I did hired Mike again this year to replace the whole roof for my house. Several years ago Mike came to fix some missing shingles on the roof and did such a good job, I vow to use him again. This time after getting a reasonable quote, Mike came earlier than his 6 members crew on the scheduled date and moved all the toys and furniture away from the house. After the crew covered the sides of the house and deck with protective curtains, they stared working to replace not only the shingles but 3 rotten boards from previous leaks. Very hard working people non stop all day to complete the replacement. Spent additional time to remove invisible nails and debris from the ground, excellent details to quality of work and safety. Mike came back early the next day to check the ground for nails and debris and fixed the fence they opened up the day before. I am so impressed with Mike's work and asked him to come back to replace my front door and other projects. Excellent excellent people and company.“

“I first got a quote from Vaillancourt Roofing for about $34,500 when my sister told me that we should look at Queen City Roofing. As I researched them, their reputation was stellar. We went with them, and the final cost was $19,500. Both quotes had a 50-year warranty, and the only differences were that Vaillancourt put a 4’ higher layer of the neoprene (I think) barrier, and they used Owens Corning shingles. Even though I do not know the names of name-brand shingles, I am 100% sure that Queen City Roofing also used an excellent brand, if for no other reason than they do not want to come back to do repairs. Anyway, those two little differences were not worth $15,000!! I also recommend using their recommended finance company as they were much easier to get what amounts to a high-dollar personal loan, than through my bank, for only 1% higher interest rate. Anyway, when they finally did the job, I was worried about how many nails would be left on the ground. Well, they did an incredible cleanup job. Based on the quotes I mentioned, you can imagine we have a very large roof, and so far, I have found 6 nails. They had 12 guys working that day, and did the whole roof in one day. They started at 7 a.m., and were done by 4:30! I cannot recommend them enough.“

As a first time home buyer it is very daunting and overwhelming to try to plan and prioritize, every home improvement project. This company is upfront and honest about what can get done within my budget. “We've used Newell Contracting too many times to count over the years - Kelly is responsive, honest and always professional. I've got a lot of wonderful things to say about her work, but the best example is for replacement doors for a couple of sheds - she replaced the doors, but they were not painted. The doors were damaged and had to be replaced. Because they were not painted the manufacturer would not honor the warranty. Kelly at her own cost replaced the doors. Our only cost is for labor & paint. She really stands by her work, doesn't cut corners and really cares about the project and her client's satisfaction.“

“I cannot begin to say how thorough and professional this company is under Paul. We had our residential roof replaced and Paul helped us from the start to choose the type of roof and color.A leak developed by the chimney and Paul responded extremely fast. After two attempts to fix the issue, Paul's team suspected that the chimney repointing and sealing was the cause. His team conducted an investigation of the brickwork and the chimney cap and photographed areas where they believed were missed by the company who sealed and repointed the chimney. They proved this by covering the chimney brickwork in a plastic tarp.Two reasonably heavy periods of rain resulted in no leaks indicating faulty repointing work. The chimney brickwork is still covered by the tarp until repointing can take place.Paul stands by his work and has been nothing but responsive and helpful. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his work and have full confidence in their results.“
