I've been going here for a few years now. Krista is a great masseuse and my visits are relaxing and incredibly helpful for my back! I highly recommend scheduling an appointment.
Krista's space is calming, comfortable. She was thoughtful about ensuring that she focused on where I was experiencing the most discomfort and she had just the right amount of pressure. I felt great when I left and even better the next day.
I went to see Krista yesterday for a 90 minute massage. I had told her about lower back and shoulder/neck pain that I had been dealing with and she ELIMINATED all of it. Although I am sore (to be expected) from working out the kots, I feel amazing. I couldn't touch my ear to my shoulder before yesterday.. I cannot say enough great things about Krista. I felt very safe inside the business. There is hand sanitizer everywhere you turn, she has researched best cleaning products to use and disinfects between clients.
