If I could give ZERO stars I would. Absolutely worst customer service. Very Very rude employees. Managers do not call back when requested. Always ridiculously long hold time. 30 minutes to hours. Absolutely horrible all around experience with this company. System problems also. Deliver fuel when not needed or requested then try to say I signed up for auto delivery. Never did. Fixed that problem after about 3 hours on hold. Then this company debited my account with out authorization. Will be canceling ASAP. This company has gone down the drain!!!

We had run out of propane due to a stuck gauge which the technician acknowledged. When I called Rymes, they told me since we ran out of propane, we would need a leak test. Ok, I understand. The technician came, filled the tanks but NEVER did a leak test. We were with him outside the entire time. I even inquired "do you need to do a leak test"....his response "you don't need a leak test, your outta propane (as he shook the tank)". when we received the bill, there was a $75 charge for the leak test!! I called the office and the manager only emailed me telling me a test was done and I'm responsible for the $75 charge. It wasn't done but... read full review

This is one of the worst propane companies EVER. And I own over 10 rental properties in 3 different states. Forget trying to ever being able to reach anyone. If you try the phone number listed on their website and online (603-330-0117) you will wait LITERALLY for 30-45 minutes before getting anyone at all. When you do get someone, they will tell you "I have passed your request onto my manager and they will get back to you soon." and then hang up. But you will never hear from anyone ... ever. This company is unethical, over-priced, provides poor service, and just awful in every way. We cancelled services because of these reasons on 11/29/2022. We are STILL waiting... read full review
