“Dan, the technician showed up when he said he would after calling me. He assessed my furnace and determined my motor was shot. He showed me where the squealing noise was generated from and had one in his truck for replacement. He replaced it and was quick, and professional the whole time. He provided me with information on how often to do preventative maintenance and to potentially keep this from happening again. The whole furnace is 4 years old and he was understanding of how costly things like this can be. Two thumbs up for him and the company.“
