We live in a disposable society where everybody wants to replace everything, but Peter believes in the value of service, maintenance and replacing parts. He had been maintaining our heating system for the past 12 years in West Newbury and I recommended him to an elderly client in Merrrimac who had been getting quotes up to $17,000 for a new heating system. When I arrived to her condo yesterday they were sitting and chatting at her kitchen table. He was explaining how worst case scenario she just needed a new hot water for 3K and he would be happy to maintain the old system. He didn’t even charge her for service call/consult! Don’t know what I’ll do when he retires ?“

“We had Dan Dunn replace an older furnace and hot water heater I. our home with a combi boiler. The experience was tremendous! Pricing was extremely competitive, the customer service was stellar and it felt good working with a small family run business. We actually had a small leak about six months after install at one of the connectors and they came right out an replaced it with no charge. There was a bit of a challenge working through getting the hot water back on due to the reset thought we were going to wait a day or so for them to come back out and diagnose, but Bill on a Friday night called me after he determined what I needed to do and it worked. That is the type of customer service I want to work with. Highly recomme d this family owned and operated business. Thank you Dan and team!“

“Exceptional service top qualityAbove and beyondFast reliable and they do not cut corners.These guys did two weeks worth of work in 3 days time they came (they stay they get the job done and don’t run home at 5) to me when I had no heat in the middle of a cold snap when most other Hvac guys don’t call you back these guys answer the phone.They showed up same day within hours.They could have fixed my boiler but it was old out of date and not efficient.I couldn’t believe these guys gutted all my plumbing during that cold snap and replaced and brought the entire utility room up to date with modern equipment boiler and on demand water heater all in one.The plumbing is art work and these guys even painted the natural gas pipe (nobody else would do that)Your home is your investment so invest in a good work they priced all the work at an very reasonable price for the quality of the work.The work easily doubled its cost in home equity.Highly recommend this company.They also do mini splits central a/c and spray foam insulation. “Clint at Olson Heating and Cooling was excellent. I had an issue with my hot water system producing lukewarm water, so I called Clint (I was referred by my father who also had a great experience) and explained the issue to him on the phone. He managed to fit me in the same day. He was very professional, respectfully wore a mask the whole time and offered up front to use basement access, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He got right to work, replaced a corroded valve, drained the system, checked my pumps (and found a blown fuse on one) and tested the functionality of the entire heat and hot water system before leaving. He was friendly and professional throughout, and his price was very reasonable. I will definitely be calling him again when my next issue arises and would absolutely refer him to family and friends.“

“If you live in New England, you know nothing is more critical than your furnace. And when it goes, you quickly find out if you have the right service provider and partner. I knew my System 2000 was on its way out for the past few years.This years’ service indicated a leak requiring it to be shut down for fear of carbon monoxide. I called the answering service, who promptly picked up, and told us a repair tech was in a neighboring town finishing a job and would come to us next. 20 minutes later, Dana from Townsend, arrived to address the issue. Dana was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. 5 minutes later our furnace was reset and we were back in business.Ed and I were blown away by the professionalism of this company considering it was "after hours".
