“I went with my daughter during a recent trip to NH. From booking to the actual treatment went smoothly. We even purchased foot soaks to take home with us!
Lana gave my daughter a head/neck massage & me a leg/foot massage. She was friendly, and gave wonderful massages. A lovely worker came by several times to refill our hot water, only if we needed/wanted it.
The only part I would give 4:5 stars is the fact that you can hear what is happening in the front (very loud due to open ceilings) as well as in the "rooms" around you. Areas are sectioned off only by curtains (so they can host larger parties).
Next time we are in the area, we would definitely go back for another treatment with Lana!“

“Great customer service…I went in to buy hot tub filters but knew nothing about them. The two sales reps at the front counter spent some time explaining how hot tubs work and how to fill and get one going. After filling my tub, I had an error message, called to see if they would walk me through troubleshooting. Joe dedicated a lot of time to explaining different ways to get the jets going. A couple weren’t working so we set up a maintenance appointment. He then called me back as he thought of something else which got all the jet working properly. Really happy with the customer service I received and will be going to back for sure.“
