It’s hard to write an entertaining review when all goes exactly as you would wish. We needed to have the chimney of our newly purchased home inspected before we used it. We reached out to a number of chimney sweeps and Ian was the only one to respond within a reasonable time. Ian arrived promptly as scheduled. He did a thorough inspection and pointed out issues I had already expected. He had an estimate to me within a few days and scheduled the work as soon as I accepted the estimate. Ian helped me with a big job, installing a chimney fan. After exploring all the other options, Ian helped me identify the right fan and handled all aspects of the install. He is prompt, fact, clean and very easy to work with. I highly recommend him.
