Mike just left and I felt compelled to give him a well-deserved review right away. He had all the characteristics of the best service professional you could ask for: 1. Polite 2. Extremely knowledgable 3. Patient with me when I asked a bunch of questions 4. Humble enough to not want to be a repeated saving grace (he was willing to teach me a bit about the issue so that I can fix it if it comes up again) 5. VERY reasonably priced 6. Tidy 7. Fast! 8. Reliable Mike fixed the problem with our dryer within 24 hours of us calling. granted it was a small and common problem, but he still made himself available right away and showed up when he said he would. I hope I don't have to call him again soon, since that would mean another appliance has stopped working, but I'm glad to know I can get good help if I need it (and at some point I'm sure I'll need it).
