Roof needed replacing and we selected Brian and his crew after getting referrals from 2 different people we know who are familiar with his work. Super easy to work with, did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it at a price below what we had agreed to. Clean up was meticulous. Our roof was challenging due to its height and some previous work done by a different roofer that needed to be corrected. Would not hesitate to call him again or to refer him to someone looking for a roofer and crew. So rare these days to find people that take pride in their work. Very glad we found him. Brian and his team are very professional, courteous, and know what they are doing. They installed a new roof on my home and did a superb job. I highly recommend them if you need work done. It was completed in one day and the clean up was remarkable. I watched them working during the time they were here. They all did their share and knew what was expected of them to complete this project. I never saw them goofing off, and it was such a pleasure to see how well they all got along and worked together as a TEAM. Brian and his crew just finished a second residential project for me. He is extremely knowledgeable about the product quality and its competition as well as construction design aspects and energy conservation. He stays in touch with you during the project, photographs and videos the work so you may show prospective buyers in the event you are selling the home. He also stands by his work and offers a guarantee. I would give Macklin Construction at A+
