“Despite the signage on the entrance, this place is by appointment only. I came in around 11:30, and was able to schedule an appointment for about an hour and a half later with Kelly. Went in and described what I wanted out of my hair cut. Over the last year and a half, I have been to 3 other stylists, but didn’t quite get to the result I wanted.
