“When my cellar flooded for the first time in the 45+ years I have owned my house I made calls to several local plumbers but they were all booked solid. I called Rooter-Man without knowing much about the company and made an appointment for a service call the next day. Randy was able to arrive early due to a cancellation, assessed the situation, and determined that he needed some additional equipment due to the nearly 200' drain pipe that needed to be cleared. He quoted me a price that was much less than I had anticipated and then called his office to have the equipment sent up. A couple of hours later he and a helper went to work clearing the pipe and after a considerable amount of mud and debris came out the cellar started to drain and was soon water-free. I hope I never have water in my cellar again but if I do, these are the guys that I will call first.“

“The historic storm of 12/17/23 to 12/18/23 left us without power and water intrusion into our basement the result of a buried and blocked perimeter drain outlet. Emergency contact with Rooter man of Eliot provided us with some comfort on how to handle the problem overnight with the promise if we called back in the morning they would schedule a visit to come out and investigate the problem. They did that and within 15 minutes found the buried drain outlet, unburied it and water was gushing out of it snd our basement. Very professional and effective would highly recommended them for water drainage issue.“
