This was my first time ever boarding an animal and he was still new to our home. Bittersweet came highly recommended! I see why! They where so informative and helpful with introducing me to how it works! We went in for a walk around and really enjoyed it! Though I was still worried about my cats emotional state; they encouraged me to call and check up on my cat as often as I needed! When I called they made me feel so good! They have made me feel so good about trusting my fur baby’s with them anytime! I look forward to using them again! Highly recommend!

Through a period of time of 2007 to present time, I have entrusted Lori and her staff at BitterSweet Kennel to care for each of our cats over the years, and our toy breed dogs. We have boarded both, and grooming services. I have never encountered anything that would lead me to believe any mistreatment had occurred. My experience is, and has always been, nothing short of great care, professionalism, and complete trust! When I know a business has been in practice for 50+ years, that to me tells the story!

5 stars- for an amazing place to keep my dog while I'm away. Fully trust the staff, great amenities and overall, my dog has always had a great experience with Lori and her team. I've even worked at Bittersweet part-time and we have all strived to make the pets who stay here comfortable and well loved. Bittersweet Kennels is an absolute GEM of a place to keep your pets safe and sound while you're away. Highly recommend!!
