Unfortunately, the first crew they sent us on our install day was unprepared for what they faced. They didn't have enough guys or tall enough scaffolding. Their inexperience also showed in some of the misleading info we were given (later righted). Our project was rescheduled and the second crew (led by Max) that our project schedulers (Emily and Michelle) sent was incredible. Our project was a tricky one and they installed our windows flawlessly. We couldn't have hoped for a more detailed and efficient crew. They were meticulous with their caulking, taping, foam and trim. Though we had a bumpy start, we are so enthralled with Pella's second crew, we'd have them back in a heartbeat.“
