Our sales rep, Mark was phenomenal. He has real expertise withPella products and knew exactly what our project needed. Unfortunately, the first crew they sent us on our install day was unprepared for what they faced. They didn't have enough guys or tall enough scaffolding. Their inexperience also showed in some of the misleading info we were given (later righted). Our project was rescheduled and the second crew (led by Max) that our project schedulers (Emily and Michelle) sent was incredible. As a contractor myself I have tried and tested many other brands of windows and doors. But Pella by far surpasses expectations for not only quality but also customer service. I had to go inspect a window one day and I mentioned it to Josh Thorp one of the pella reps and not only did he give me feedback on it but even showed up to the job site and got right into it with me pulling off trim and checking level and helped me figure out the problem. I have met many reps from many companies but this kind of service is top notch.
