The technician (Eddie) arrived on time. He was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. He diagnosed the problem and defined what the fix would be. After fixing the issue he cleaned up the area and my unit was up and running.
I would highly recommend Walley’s for your A/C and Heating needs.
Technician Edward Adams was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, courteous, and extremely helpful with questions we asked. He has a very upbeat attitude, as my wife Gail and I found him very likeable. He also knew his job very well and was very thorough with his work ethic, checking everything very carefully. I think Walley's should be lucky they found Justin, as they got a real good technician with him. He was very thorough, paid attention to detail in what he was doing. Jimmy was professional and polite and extremely knowlegable about his trade. He did A+ work in diagnosing and fixing issue with our system. He even shared some tips to help in the future.
