The kiosk for check in; is stupid Simple! anyone can easily do it; sends all paperwork right to the phone, with absolutely zero problems, very simple straight forward process. The alternative is the front desk staff will help anyone not comfortable with the technical aspects. So it’s really simple. Ive gone here multiple times for various conditions; fast convenient reliable. Went today for an eye issue, I was referred to City Eye; Another simple straight forward Experience very thorough eye Doctor great environment. The Doctor that treated me at convenientMD was great. Followed up with me Twice by calling me to see if I was able to get an appointment at City Eye; great people and experience. Then Called later to check on my status; I thought that was very thoughtful. ConvenientMD is great!“

“I took my mom to the emergency department at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center on a Friday evening for breathing problems. I am very pleased with the experience we had and how she was cared for. She was taken from the waiting area quickly, triaged and immediately brought into the emergency department for treatment. Everyone there was very kind and attentive. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The nurses and technicians all introduced themselves and were efficient and thorough. The doctor was attentive and patient. He explained everything to us and made sure all of our questions were answered.“
