I’m a DPOA/caregiver for a patient here. The doctors and nurses are very kind and considerate. However, this office is a hot mess. The amount of hours I have spent on the phone trying to get lifesaving prescriptions (heart, thyroid) refilled is unacceptable. On top of that, we often wait over an hour in the waiting room. Follow up appointments are not scheduled and when I call, they often can’t find the digital paperwork showing that I’m one of the people they can talk with. So I spend 15 minutes on hold while they look me up. Her other caretaker can’t even get that far! I’ve called and asked several times to speak with the office manager. Got Matched with Nicola Keenan then she had a full schedule so I booked and appointment with Meghna Malapeddi. Nancy was the receptionist but Courtney ended up calling my dad instead of me and left me a voicemail. I called back and got someone else and she asked the same questions I got asked before. It confused me because everything was all set and my appointment was set up. I had gone here when I was a kid and saw Dr Hall twice for head stitches. I decided against it and to stay at the doctors office I had gone to before Dartmouth Hitchcock merrimack

I have had a positive experience with this facility, but this review is for Dr. Connelly. She is so friendly and upbeat! She genuinely cares for her patients. You don't feel like just another case. She explains everything in detail. Couldn't ask for a better doctor. Thank you :)
