Sam and his team did an unbelievable job with our floors. It was a very complex situation where we were doing a kitchen remodel, and a bunch of new floor needed to be put down and match the old floor. You can't even tell where the patch work was done all thanks to Sam and his team! They were extremely knowledgeable when it came to the floor and stains, and they even put in flush air vents for us. Everyone that comes over says what a transformation it is, and we have Sam to thank! If anyone is thinking about redoing their floors or who to hire, look no further.

I called New England Floor Sanding on a Sunday after I finished ripping up old carpeting in 3 bedrooms of a house I was getting ready to sell. Per usual, the house needed more work than it seemed at first and I was desperate to get some help.
By the next Wednesday there was a crew at the property ready to tackle the floors, and by Friday afternoon we were back in business!
This is a 100 year old house and the floors had never been done. They were under a disgusting carpet for nearly 60 years, so I was hoping for a miracle, and New England Floor Sanding delivered! And the price was reasonable, too! The pictures don't do it justice. Highly recommend.
