“I absolutely love the staff love the services provided here. Over the past two months I have visited twice and both experiences were wonderful however there was little to no air-conditioning in the building! I find to be unacceptable for the services I am receiving and the price I am paying that should be a basic accommodation. I can see having issues but both times in the past two months is a situation that needs to be corrected. I feel badly for the staff who was visibly perspiring due to the lack of air-conditioning in this particular location.“

“Update: Changed my rating because the owner reached out and agreed on better staff training as well as offer me amends for my inconvenience. I gave them a 2nd try and my experience this time was much better. Got to give credit to a business who takes the time to address negative feedback and make things right.
Need to work on better scheduling. Not nice to disrespect my time and kept me waiting well beyond my appointment time.“
