I have been a patient here since 2017 and I have had nothing but the best of care and service. Everyone is always upbeat and friendly. Went through construction with them and everyone was great with providing directions. Had to get my glasses fixed a couple of months ago and walked into a beautiful new facility with fantastic lighting and displays. They have always worked with me for appointments and I have never felt rushed. They are top notch and have very high standards.
Am very surprised about some negative reviews. Our family has been a patient of Dr MacDonald's for many years, and have been extremely pleased with how she and others in the practice have handled some challenging situations over the years.Yesterday, a quick diagnosis using new technology, an immediate referral to a surgical specialist, and some wonderful bedside manner prompted me to post this review.The office has several long time staff members who are especially helpful and friendly...not something we find often these days!
