Ya know I just had to get one more review in before the new year. And wouldn't ya know it? It's another medical center. I'm thinking of enrolling my son's name into the Guinness Book of World Records for most accrued injuries and bizarre conditions within a year's time. But, I digress. What is it with medical centers being rated so harshly around here? We encountered the same kind of thing with the Dartmouth in Lebanon; the one with TWO Yelp pages, for some reason. This review is for a specific person, Tracey, whom I spoke with this morning. I called to discuss two separate issues. It was rather involved so I apologized to her for the amount of time I was taking. She very quickly told me that I had no reason to apologize. She told me twice: this is your HEALTH, and that's why we're here. She was incredibly patient, made sure she got everything I was saying, and was a complete professional. Being professional is awesome, but when you can also be personable and show empathy, you are an asset to the medical field. Dartmouth Hitchcock- don't let her get away!
