As someone who also works in the Petcare industry, I cannot say enough how amazing Chewie's has been. I own 2 high drive working dogs (Belgian Malinois & Dutch Shepherd). Since moving to New Hampshire it has been difficult for me to find proper care for my dogs when I go away as they can be difficult dogs to handle (friendly, just all gas no brakes). We got a tour of Chewie's South prior to their stay and right off the bat I was impressed of the cleanliness of the facility. Our cat, Avishan, was in dire need of a pedicure and a haircut, as her fur was getting matted at her flanks. We'd never been to Chewie's before but decided to give it a shot thanks to its proximity and prices. We were sure our cat would need a lion cut to get rid of all the tangles, so we dropped her off and waited to get called back. Imagine our surprise when we DID get a call back to say that the groomer wouldn't needto do a lion cut after all, and if we wanted to, they'd just give her a normal grooming. So we agreed. When we picked her up, Avi looked GREAT. It's rare to find a business that tells you that you don't need to take their priciest... read full review

I took my beautiful male cat, Midnight for one night and a day ( 6/14-6/15), and from the first day I went in to inquire the staff was so accommodating, kind and knowledgeable. They sent me pics of my baby, did a great job at trimming his nails, at my request, and when I picked him up the next day, he really hesitated in coming with me! They are flexible, and very reasonable in price. I also love that they are one minute away by car from our home. Mid slept with me the whole night last night! Guess he missed me! Thank you , and we will be back again soon! Midnight's Mama.
