New England Climate Control was amazing from start to finish. From our initial communication with Leslie who listened to our HVAC concerns, to Jason and his crew who installed our new, incredibly efficient mini splits!The crew came during a New Hampshire cold spell to meet the heating needs of my 94-year-old mother. Leslie and Jason worked with our schedule, eased our concerns, scheduled the installation, and completed a timely, professional, clean installation!I can’t imagine ever using another company for out heating/AC needs. Thank you to these amazing individuals and to their incredible team.
This company is excellent, I'm a partner in a Remodeling company and deal with HVAC / AC people all the time, none are near as good as the NECC team. From my 1st call in through my final payment everything went perfect. My 1st call in Leslie said we are 6 to 8 weeks out for new installations. No problem. A few days later I received a detailed quote via email. Everything I asked for was on it at a fair price. I got a best guess installation date, a few days before that date I got an email telling me they were still waiting for parts, a week later they started the installation. Great company! highly recommend. Weekend service call needed a Heating system service call. (10 degrees out NO HEAT) our ORIGINAL install company was not responsive to our call(they still haven't called us back it has been 3 weeks) NECC made us a priority even though they did not install our HOME heating system. Thank you Jason and Leslie! (They did however install Mini splits in our business and fast friendly on time installation)Service: Heating system repair
