“Anthony, owner of C & G Builders, is nothing less than amazing. He finished our attic space, remodeled our master bathroom, and reconfigured our whole first floor. In addition to that, he updated our stairs and second floor landing area. Working with him was a true pleasure. He has great ideas, is very skilled and talented, and extremely detail oriented. We even threw him some curve balls (hiding the pipe in the kitchen!), but he always came through with a home run. He is especially good with maintaining contact throughout the project. “A relatively small job but in a hard-to-reach spot. We needed about 6 'shiplap' (exterior vertical) siding boards replaced on our back dormer. I'd ordered replacement boards from a local sawmill (Wilkens Lumber), and had the exterior stain, was going to do it myself, until I realized I couldn't do it all by myself. Matt Flattery came, looked at the job, said he could not only replace the 6 boards I needed done, but there would be leftover wood to also do a few more boards. He would also install a backing layer between exterior boards nad plywood, plus add a flashing along bottom to further protect from snow buildup. We had to go on a trip for a few days, and when we returned the job had been completed. Matt had emailed us a series of photos showing his work in process while we were gone. It was very well done - 10X better than I could ever have done by myself. And, a reasonable price too! Highly recommend Matt.“
