I had a mitsubishi hyperheat multisplit installed by Card and they were great throughout the process. Local, small family owned business and so I felt like their interest is longer-term and local compared to some of the bigger HVAC companies around. Their quote was fair, they had attention to detail throughout the install, and were patient with my many questions. I'll be a repeat customer if I have more needs in the future around town.
After getting multiple quotes to replace our failing system, we decided to go with the Card Family. Mike showed us what our options were and gave us an honest opinion if its worth the money. Months later after the install, our system shut down in the middle of the night (at no fault of Card Heating and Cooling). Mike drove to our house at 1 am with heaters and fixed the issue in minutes.
