I would highly recommend Jackie at Tell Tale (Rob is great too I’ve just never been tattooed by him!). She listens and will make adjustments based on input without getting upset or snippy about it, something I have encountered in the past. Love her floral and fine line designs. You can tell she loves what she does. Jackie did my first memorial tattoo for my mom shortly after she passed, an adorable little frog (mom was a knitter) and then because I was so happy with her and her work, she added a rose and some dogwood flowers also to honor my mom. Because I am a glutton for punishment I had her tattoo an amazing mandala on my elbow. My other elbow was already done so...read full review
