Polluting the local water supply. Simply put companies shouldn’t be allowed to ruin the environment and quality of life of the local community just to pull in profits. And for what? Plastics? Pathetic. It’s too bad their clientele isn’t a demographic that actually cares.

I worked there for 5 years. I loved it at first. My job was pretty interesting. The pay was not the best and management turn for the worse in 2016. The contamination with the water didn't help either. Now in 2023 there is new management. The new GM is way better than the GM in 2018-2020. The new HR manager is great and so is the admin in HR. They nice and check on the employees on the floor. Training in the towers still needs improvement. Get into fabrication, things in that department seems to be better and more organized. This company is huge, there is no reason why the pay is still low.

I called 10 times to get free water they promised. They are a very irresponsible company that has tainted our community drinking water with toxic chemicals. I have had serious skin issues for 5 years from showers. I spend $40 a week on drinking water. The cancer rate in the area is one of the highest in the country. They need to be shut sown
