I have been meaning to write this review for a few weeks now. I had the pleasure of joining NH Power Yoga for a few months while I was staying in Merrimack due to home construction. I have never felt so at home so fast as I did here! The instructors, the community and the owner Mary. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. If you’re thinking about joining a studio in the area this is the spot! I was so sad when I had to leave and couldn’t go for my nightly class. I can’t wait to drop in for a class soon when I am in the area.
Incredible spot to practice. The facilities are clean, friendly, and even as a newbie I never feel out of place. The teachers are incredible. Thought provoking flows and a lovely fostering environment.The online classes are also excellent if you want to practice from home. It is thanks to NH power yoga that my family and I are yogis today.P.S. Lois + Meghan are the best (in my humble opinion!)
NH Power yoga NEVER disappoints me. Every teacher is professional yet friendly. Every class is exactly what I needed for that day! I have been a member for over 5 years and look forward to many more years to come for the perfect yoga class!!!!
