I usually don’t write negative reviews, and my experience with Merrimack Tax Associates has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to share it. We entrusted them with our business taxes for the current year, and I regret that decision deeply.
From the start, their communication has been poor. We have requested updates and timelines, and we’ve received nothing but vague responses and excuses. It’s been months since we submitted my documents, and I’m still left in the dark about the status of my tax return for this year, which is in August. The lack of transparency is unacceptable; communication and planning are critical times for my business.

Terrible communication! I was happy with the previous 6 years of tax returns they prepared for me. However, it apparently doesn't matter if you are their client, if they have enough/too much work they will ignore your calls, then kick you to the curb when you show up at their door! Need new management, can't handle the volume they have...avoid Jill at all cost!!!

My taxes were complicated this year and Merrimack Tax Associates made my tax season a breeze! I loved being able to complete my taxes online through their portal and save myself the hours of sitting across from someone in person. They completed my taxes incredibly fast and kept me informed every step of the way! I would highly recommend this company if you want seamless service and quick results.
