Mercy Animal Hospital: Kaas Richard E DVM

We've been going to Mercy/Banfield for maybe a year now (moved to the area and needed a new vet, and were lucky enough to find them!) We have *never* had a negative experience or interaction, and we have 3 dogs that have visited pretty regularly. Everyone has always been so friendly, attentive, and fun to talk with. I've been so happy with the care we've received. And to top it off, they came through for us in a really difficult, stressful situation where my dog's health was in jeopardy and the specialist we usually see wasn't in the office, and his staff was absolutely no help. We have two dogs, an Australian Shepherd and a German Shepherd Husky mix, needless to say, they're fairly temperamental. The entire staff at Mercy is amazing with them. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They really take the time to answer all of my questions. They're the best.

The staff at Mercy Animal Hospital are friendly and caring. They get back to you as soon as possible. They've squeezed both my dogs into a tight schedule multiple times, making sure they get the care they need!
