First time using Garfield Pest Control - very satisfied - technician took time to explain pest and controls used - very professional - I do not hesitate to recommend and they also give Veteran/Senior discount which I consider a big plus.

Those Yellow Jackets are now homeless and I don't feel bad, thanks to Rich at Garfield. Showed up a few hours after I called them and took care of business in a professional, and very friendly manner. The photo shows Rich at work. He sprayed the nest, and then dug it out of the ground to ensure complete removal. He explained that removing the nest now likely killed between 40-50 future queens growing in there now that would have been looking to make their own nests nearby once they matured - a thought that does not sit well with me.

Cannot say enough good things about the service. Needed prompt service for interior giant wasp nest removal and they delivered. Explained process and immediately addressed the issue outside and then inside. Clean up was outstanding as well. Unlike others, did not focus on selling me services and plans, just the service I needed.
