Abigail Olden is beyond amazing!!!!! But good luck getting an appointment or a message through to her—— phone calls are not given to provider ( if you get through with someone). Tried for WEEKS to get a call return and are told they never got our messages. Patients completely ignored- no level of patient care or regard! Major internal dysfunction that prevents patients from contacting doctors. Ended up in ER as a result. We love Abby but if we can’t get an appt or message to her there’s no point in having a great PCP!

I've been trying to get a hold of this office for MONTHS to schedule a checkup and get a prescription refill. No callbacks, no word at all.

Someone should revoke their licenses immediately, because in all my years, I've NEVER been treated this way by a healthcare clinic. They are a disgrace to the industry, and quite frankly, to the town of Meredith.

I wish I could leave a zero-star rating.

My son is a patient here and every time we are in need of something he is taken care of. The staff is always friendly, respectful and go out of there way for my son. If his PCP isn't available they check if another provider can see him or they tell us what to do. The after hours on call is a great piece of mind when needing care on the weekends. They treat you like family and I wouldn't recommend any other location for more personal, compassionate and respectful Healthcare.
