To be honest, I was a little apprehensive about seeing a man for a massage at first, but that feeling immediately went away once I met him. For yoga classes: I’ve never been to a more welcoming, inviting studio than Mudita! Cara’s classes are my absolute favorite, but they have something for everyone — from beginners to lifelong yogis.
