Great experience with XPO in Manchester, NH, from start to finish. The customer service rep, Yvette, was top-notch when scheduling our delivery--really courteous and provided everything we needed to know without our having to ask. The delivery was scheduled for between 1 and 4 p.m., and we got our shipment at 1:30. The delivery itself, by Brian, was outstanding. He called one stop before ours to let us know he would soon be on his way to us, then called again when that delivery was complete, to say he was 7 minutes from our place.
