Overall great experience. The first employee (I believe Tasha) was very polite and friendly. She worked with us through the last few minutes of moving craziness and she did not make us feel badly at all for the amount of cleaning help we needed. The boss of our location (I cannot remember her name) did make us feel pretty terrible unnecessarily - the communication could have been more professional but overall she was nice and could have just used more consideration for talking to us as paying customers and as fellow humans. It was not necessary to continue reiterating how poorly we cleaned during our years at our location of move out. We paid additional for the conditions... read full review
