Mo was fantastic! We walked in right at 11am and he greeted us right away. We were straight up with what we wanted, and he ensured to get us the best trade in he could so that we would drive away in the new car, which is exactly what happened. He met us as close to our ideal budget as he possibly could and worked some magic by even bringing his manager over to talk to us directly without asking. Mo made it a seamless process and we couldn’t be happier with his service. I posted a lengthy, extremely positive review of IRA Toyota Scion of Manchester yesterday. I have no idea why everything else got posted (stars, website), but not my written review. I will leave the Cliff Notes version of my original review. IRA Toyota Scion of Manchester is a class act. Our Service Advisor, Mike, the Service Manager, Tyler, and the Service Director, Tyler, set the gold bar for taking care of their customers. We will be returning customers. I beyond highly recommend IRA Toyota Scion.

Just moved to the area and took my car to get serviced here. I'm immediately regretting it. This place is overpriced (yes even for a dealer) and they suck at service/ their job. I asked for prices for services before and verbally they were consistently cheaper than reality so I now have a nice little 30% higher than expected bill. Do yourself a favor don't go here and if you have to go OE go to Nashua Toyota.Update - the issue was fixed still frustrating that the initial process was not right
