Kitchen and whole house flooring remodel. Went with vinyl floors with LL flooring. We had our kitchen install scheduled for end of April, after which our flooring would be installed. We discussed our timeline with the sales person very clearly. Could this be done? If not we can go with another selection or even have to go somewhere else. Yes, no problem. Install scheduled for first week of May. Told me everything I wanted to hear as he took my $10k payment up front. Someone would contact us to schedule the exact time and confirm delivery of the floors... That call never came so we followed up.
