We are so pleased with Roto Rooter. Pete has had to come to our rescue twice now because of a failed sewer line. The line is less than two years old and we've had two back ups because it sunk, creating a belly. (Job was originally done by another contractor, not Roto Rooter.) In dealing with this malarkey, we needed a video scope and Pete has now made two videos, complete with narration, explaining the issue. He's polite, efficient, and has a great memory. We also give a shout out to Miranda in the office.
A great company and while we don't want to see them frequently for the sewage, I'm glad they're able to help us out so quickly.... read full review
A big thank you to the team at Roto-Rooter of Manchester! Their dispatch team was extremely kind and helpful, and their service tech Pete was patient, considerate and experienced with our issue. Amazing job, thank you again!
Pete was awesome. He Came out late night on a weekend to fix a plumbing issue for my rental property. I tried every plumber in the area and Pete/Roto-Rooter were the only ones who came through. Highly recommended!
