I have used Randy since 2010. I was fed up with the big name place. They installed a new furnace which I didn't think I needed but it was in the middle of winter. They showed me a photo with a crack and said could be fatal. Don't know much about that so had to take their word but what I read online it could also be a scam. Not saying it was. When Summer arrived water was leaking from old AC unit on top of new furnace through the inside of the furnace. That should have been replaced at the same time. My guess was it was winter and they knew they could make more money if done separately. They also rushed to get out by 5 PM and would not have time to complete both.... read full review
