Our family cannot thank Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, and especially funeral director Kelly, enough for the exceptional care and compassion they provided during such a difficult time. From the moment we first met Kelly, it was clear that she genuinely cared about our family and was committed to making the process as comforting and smooth as possible. The staff at Phaneuf was wonderful.... especially Aaron!
They helped me with every aspect of our experience in the death of my mom... from assisting her with making her final arrangements in advance to helping us the night of her passing. Aaron helped us through the entire process with compassion, dignity and great kindness. He even assisted with a custom design for her Memorial cards.
I highly recommend you consider them in your time of need.

My father passed away April 2022 and my mom passed away August 2024. My siblings in I walked through the door at Phaneuf Funeral Home and Crematory and we were greeted with such warmth and condolences. Thank you Elizabeth! We meet with a gentlemen named Mark Gomes he did not rush us through the endless process of preparing a funeral.. he heard us , allowed us to select what we wanted , walked us through the most hardest thing we had to do and that’s saying a final goodbye to your loved one.
