i enjoyed my 10 years there nade nice friends for neighbors. after falling and due to age i could nit go up and down 3 flights if stairs due to falling and splitting my leg wide open a store could nolonger climb the stairs due to nerve danages

Jenna,I'm sorry to hear about our rental agent being 15 minutes late for the viewing of the rental unit. The current rental market in Manchester is the"tightest" I've seen in my 36 years in the rental business ( with over 750 rental units under our management we currently have less than 12 available units for rent). We strive to do our best at handling the dozens of daily calls from prospective tenants seeking an available unit in the area and ask appropriate questions so as to not waste your time or ours.Please also be aware that the $25.00 application fee paid goes to a credit reporting bureau and we do not make 5 cents on. Rented an apartment from this company from March 2019 until September 2020. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. My calls were answered or returned in a fashionable time. I always paid my rent on time but during COVID-19 things were a bit harder and I was always a few days late. They never called to hound for money or gave me any problems. Got my deposit back without any issues. If I needed something fixed they were quick to send someone. Would definitely recommend this company. Their properties are affordable and worked for someone like me. I would definitely use them again.
